What we collect

• Account details: name, email, mobile number, password (stored as a one-way hash).
• Personal details you choose to add: birthdate, gender, delivery addresses.
• Identity verification: a photo of your government ID and a selfie holding it.
• Seller details: business registration, TIN, permits and payout account.
• Orders: items bought, delivery address and order history.
• Facebook sign-in: your Facebook ID, name and email only. We never post on your behalf.

Why we collect it

• To create and secure your account.
• To verify that buyers and sellers are real, of legal age, and who they say they are.
• To process and deliver orders and pay sellers.
• To send you updates about your account and orders.
• To comply with Philippine law, including tax and consumer-protection rules.

How we protect ID documents

ID photos, selfies and business documents are stored in private storage that is never reachable from the public web. Only authorised administrators can open them, and every view is recorded in an audit log with the administrator's name and time.

Who we share it with

• Sellers receive your name, mobile number and delivery address only for orders you place with them.
• Couriers receive what is needed to deliver your parcel.
• Authorities when required by law.

We do not sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep account data while your account is active. Verification documents are kept for as long as needed to meet legal obligations, then securely deleted. Order records are kept as required by tax regulations.

Your rights

Under RA 10173 you may ask to be informed, access, correct, object to processing of, or erase your personal data, and to file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission. You can update most details yourself from your account page.
